HOLIDAY RETURNS ARE IN EFFECT! Please send returns back to the store until January 9, 2022 for Store Credit. All other rules below apply.
All items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse or give partial credit for the condition of the item.
All items over 20% off sale/clearance, intimate wear, bralettes, bodysuits, and accessories are Final Sale.
All returns are processed within 2-3 business days. Credit to your account will show within 5-7 business days. (due to bank processing)
Please also include your receipt so we may locate your order efficiently and process your return quickly.
Although we thoroughly inspect our inventory for damages, a damaged item might slip by us from time to time. If you receive a damaged item, we are happy to exchange the item or return the item for a full refund.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is FREE! But, returns are on you. If you do have a return, please send back to: 2154 E. Commons Ave. #321, Centennial, CO 80122. And, we will process that return. Please see more information on returns here.
HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Our online store is open 24/7 but orders are typically filled next day. We typically get all orders out within a 24 hour window, and try our hardest to do so!
Once order is processed and shipped out, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Once sent with carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
IN-STORE PICK UP?
All items come from our brick and mortar in Centennial. If you are a local customer, we are happy to offer in-store pickup! Please note, if you order on a weekend or holiday, your purchase may not be processed right away and we ask that you allow 48 hours from processing time to pick up your order!
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES OR A PO ADDRESSES?
DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA, ALASKA AND HAWAII?
YES! Unfortunately, our standard shipping rates do not apply to Canada. Shipping is a flat rate of $20. Once order is processed and shipped out, you will receive a tracking number for estimated time of delivery.
WHAT IF I PUT IN THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If you accidentally put in the wrong shipping address, please call us RIGHT AWAY during business hours at (303)-955-7452. If you need to contact us outside of business hours, please email email@example.com. If you reach us after your package has been shipped, there is unfortunately nothing we can do and we will have to wait for it to be returned.
